AnimeVocab is a simple website to teach you the Japanese vocabulary used in a specific anime, within its context.

Have you ever tried to learn Japanese and felt confident that now it's time to watch anime to try your skills? And then you quickly got disappointed. You can barely catch any words, and your Japanese textbook never taught you fantasy words that you hear in anime: Knight, Magic, Spirit?

That's what AnimeVocab tries to solve, by showing you the list of vocabulary used in an anime within its context, you will be able to catch a lot more words quickly as you watch.

The only requirement to use this is that you already know hiragana, it's a must learn if you want to learn Japanese and all the pronunciations are written in hiragana here.

Kanji is not required, kanji is shown here and is meant to help you with your kanji learning.
